Adrian Hyde, President
IPA Insolvency Practitioner newsletter, September 2024
Dear members,
I wanted to share with you that the last month, despite being the heart of summer holidays, has been a tough month for the officeholder group at the IPA. With the impending departure of Paul Smith, the office holder group have been engaged with specialist advisors to recruit an appropriately qualified and experienced replacement.
This has involved a huge commitment of time from both the officeholders group, and the senior leadership team at the IPA, with long lists of interested candidates, a refined list, pre-interviewed candidates from the advisors. We have, after multiple rounds of interviews, selected a replacement. We are currently concluding taking of references, but I’m very happy that we will shortly be able to announce the appointment of a replacement and the timetable for integration and handover.
This has been an exciting process, taking the IPA to the next level of its development, and something which I as president am very happy to be leading.
Watch this space!
Best wishes,
Adrian Hyde
