Jack is a Deputy Principal in the Legislation Unit of the Northern Ireland Insolvency Service. Jack will be delivering a talk addressing the New Monitor Regime, how this interacts with existing rules, and the expected outcomes.

Eileen is a licensed insolvency practitioner with over 25 years’ experience of all aspects of personal and corporate insolvency.

David Holland, Chief Inspector, IPA
David is Chief Inspector at the IPA, and will be hosting an ‘Ask the Inspector Q&A’, with particular relevance to vulnerability guidance, new measures, and issues affecting insolvency practise in Northern Ireland.
