Jack Reid, Northern Ireland Insolvency Service, Department of Economy.

Jack is a Deputy Principal in the Legislation Unit of the Northern Ireland Insolvency Service. Jack will be delivering a talk addressing the New Monitor Regime, how this interacts with existing rules, and the expected outcomes.

Alison Curry, Director of Insolvency Support Services

Alison specialises in insolvency law and regulation and will be delivering a session about the new Insolvency Ethics Code, and it’s implications for insolvency practitioners across the UK.

David Holland, Chief Inspector, IPA

David is Chief Inspector at the IPA, and will be hosting an ‘Ask the Inspector Q&A’, with particular relevance to vulnerability guidance, new measures, and issues affecting insolvency practise in Northern Ireland.
