Unpaid nominee’s fees of ?800 / difficult debtor. HMRC have voted against the IVA and discussion with them indicate that this position in unalterable (meeting to be held the following week). Was the IP under a duty to inform the debtor that the arrangement was going to be rejected, given that he would probably not discharge the outstanding fees once this was known by him?
