Vanguard Insolvency Practitioners Limited

Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) which were previously administered through Vanguard were previously transferred to another IVA provider, Oakfield Financial Limited, and are managed by Ebenegate Mauritius on behalf of Oakfield. The winding up of Vanguard should have no effect upon any such IVAs. Any payments required by such an IVA should continue to be made in accordance with its terms. Any creditors or debtors with concerns should contact their IVA provider in the usual way.
