Give HMRC just 10 minutes – and save months on chasing refunds!

HMRC understands that some Insolvency Practitioners may have faced difficulties or delays whilst waiting for a repayment or refund. HMRC has just launched its Refund Survey 2025 in order to understand how easy or difficult your experiences are of getting a refund or repayment from HMRC. 

We strongly recommend that you participate in this 10-minute survey. Your input will greatly assist in creating improvements for the profession, achieving quicker turn around, cases closing faster and not having to make repeated calls and wait longer in queues.

The survey is open until Friday 20 June 2025.
