Louise Brittain, President, IPA; Head of Restructuring and Insolvency, Azets
Louise Brittain has been a licensed Insolvency Practitioner since 2001 specialising in Contentious and litigious Insolvency including International Asset Tracing, Provisional Liquidation, Liquidations, Administrations, Court Appointed Receiverships, Interim Receiverships and High profile Bankruptcy. She is the lead partner for all POCA work. She has been a partner at Azets since 2013. She is now Joint Head of Restructuring and Insolvency nationally.
Louise is a Vice President of the Insolvency Practitioners Association. In 2023 she was awarded Insolvency Practitioner of the Year (Large Firm) and in 2024 was awarded the Sebbin Award for her Outstanding contribution to the Insolvency Profession.

Glynn Jones, Agent for the West Midlands and Oxfordshire, Bank of England
Glynn joined the Bank’s Agency Network as Deputy Agent for the West Midlands and Oxfordshire in 2011. In addition to his Agency tasks, Glynn currently works within the Demand and Output team – drawing together intelligence from across the Network – and contributes to the Bank’s Outreach work. Whilst at the Bank he has been on two secondments, the first to the Credit, Banking and Finance Team in Threadneedle Street and more recently project managing the Bank’s Strategic Review of the Agency Network.
Prior to joining the Bank, Glynn was Chief Economist at the RDA ‘Advantage West Midlands’. Most of his career has been spent working in the private sector. This includes a period working for KPMG, as well as several multi-disciplinary consultancies drawing on his skills in economics, planning/regeneration and community development. This experience enabled him establish his own consultancy in 2002 prior to joining the RDA.
He has an MA from Akron University, Ohio and a PhD from Coventry University.
Glynn lives in Stratford-Upon-Avon.

Darren Toms, Managing Director, Clumber Consultancy
Darren has 30 years’ pensions experience, most of which has been directly assisting UK Insolvency Practitioners (IPs) and Businesses with complex pension scheme matters.
In July 2014, Darren set up Clumber Consultancy Limited and his team have supported IPs with thousands of pension scheme appointments, all of which have varied complexities from meeting Auto Enrolment requirements, to s75 Debt on the Employer calculations.
In 2019 Darren formed an ERA team to support IPs with employee claims in an insolvency. His team are really passionate about ensuring employees receive their full entitlement to redundancy pay, unpaid wages and pension benefits, in an empathetic and efficient manner.

Philippa Turner, Sector Development Manager, London and Business Archives, The National Archives
Dr Philippa Turner is Sector Development Manager for London and Business Archives in the Archives Sector Leadership department at The National Archives. Her role is to provide advice and guidance to archive services and organisations with archives across London and to business archives across England. She is also part of the cross-sector Crisis Management Team for Business Archives, which co-ordinates efforts to preserve business records in cases of liquidations, administrations, takeovers and other circumstances where records may be in danger. She is a qualified archivist and has a PhD in History of Art.
Richard Wiltshire, Business Archives Council Trustee
Trustee of the Business Archives Council and Archives Manager at Tower Hamlets Local History Library and Archives. Richard was previously Senior Archivist for Business Archives at The London Archives. He is founding member of the Crisis Management Team – cases including the Debenhams and Thomas Cook archives. Richard has also led cataloguing projects including Earls Court and Olympia, Standard Chartered Bank and Whitechapel Bell Foundry. He was awarded MBE for services to heritage in 2025.

Nicola Holton, Partner, Shakespeare Martineau
Nicola has over 10 years’ restructuring and insolvency experience having worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from insolvency practitioners and litigation funders to corporate and their directors. She advises on a variety of restructuring, recovery and insolvency issues and has extensive experience in contentious insolvency work. Nicola is also a qualified insolvency practitioner having obtained a first time pass in the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (2014). Nicola has undertaken work for a wide variety of insolvency practitioners including FRP, Begbies Traynor, Mazars, PWC and Mercer and Hole. Nicola is renowned for her straightforward and commercial approach that enables her to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.

Stephen Lennon, Senior Technical Advisor, Insolvency Service
Stephen Lennon has almost 22 years of experience within The Insolvency Service. He began his insolvency career as an investigator, before moving to Official Receiver Services and then Legal Services. He returned to investigations in 2019 and later assisted Official Receiver Services with bounce back loan work in early 2025. He commenced his current role as a Senior Technical Advisor in May 2025.

Justin Dionne MIPA, Director of Insolvency, Insolvency Service
Justin Dionne, a qualified accountant and a JIEB prize winner, has over 25 years’ insolvency experience and is currently Director of Official Receiver Services. Justin has a background in operational delivery, holding a number of interesting roles within the Insolvency Service, which includes Official Receiver for Southend and London and latterly, Public Interest Unit. More recently he was Chief Technical Officer, leading on insolvencies of national interest.

Based in Northampton, Rachel McCahill is an Associate Director at Manolete Partners, covering the East Midlands region. She joined the business in May 2025, bringing with her more than 26 years of experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency law. Prior to joining Manolete, Rachel was a Partner at a Midlands-based law firm, where she developed a strong reputation for advising on a broad range of insolvency and corporate recovery matters. Her expertise has been recognised by Legal 500, which ranks her as a Leading Individual in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. Rachel is a regular speaker at insolvency conferences and delivers training for The Legal Training Consultancy. She also hosts many of Manolete’s webinars, sharing her extensive knowledge and practical insights with insolvency professionals.
