As highlighted in our Technical Alert on 14 July 2026, the Insolvency Service has launched its public consultation informing the second post-implementation review of Insolvency Rules (Consultation).
To ensure the IPA’s response to the Consultation represents our members’ practical, day-to-day experiences, we have launched a member survey.
Why your feedback matters
This Consultation directly influences the secondary legislation that governs members’ daily practice. Where you may have experienced any administrative friction in electronic delivery, fee approvals, decision-making timelines, or navigating new technology and digital assets, your real-world insights are vital to shaping a framework that is fit for a modern insolvency profession.
