David Reade QC acted in Palmer v Northern Derbyshire Magistrates Court [2021]. This was a judicial review case to decide whether an Administrator can be prosecuted (and therefore personally liable) for a failure to follow the correct procedures under TULRCA (submission of a HR1 form).
