Updated IPA Regulatory Rules

As part of our continuous review and modernisation of the IPA’s Rules and Regulations, the Regulatory Rules have been revised by the Board to extend the ability to issue Advisory Notices to the IPA’s Regulation team as well as the Monitoring team. Advisory Notices are used to formally advise an IP to improve their behaviour, systems and/or technical approach within a timescale.
