All new complaints should go to the Complaints gateway
The IPA contact address should be used for the following enquiries
i. those about existing complaints previously notified to us pre-June 2014 (when the gateway operation began)
ii. those about existing complaints previously notified to the gateway and in respect of which the complainant has been advised that the matter has been referred to us
iii. those about general enquiries of a complaint nature
