Our final Roadshow for 2023 will have a particular focus on corporate, cross-border and property-related insolvency matters. Delegates will hear from the Bank of England about the economic outlook for the UK and how international events are having an impact; gain an awareness of the importance of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework and why it is important for the insolvency sector; and look at the current UK and the international cross-border fraud landscapes. We will also hear the latest updates from Government agencies including the Insolvency Service and HMRC, and our legal and regulatory sessions will ensure knowledge in these areas is fully up to date.
