Tickets are selling fast for the IPA’s 14th Personal Insolvency Conference on 24th November – considered the highlight of the year for personal insolvency practitioners.
We have an exciting programme lined up, designed to address the most pressing issues for the personal insolvency sector today, delivered by over 20 world-class speakers.
The cost-of-living crisis will be high on the agenda, and our speakers will be exploring both the economic and political implications, as well as the effects of the unprecedented situation on the most vulnerable in our society. We have expert panels lined up to explore two of the key debt solutions. The first will look at the future direction of bankruptcy and the second will debate the role of IVAs. The Insolvency Service will also be providing an update and reflecting on the year’s most relevant issues while looking forward to the trends to expect in 2023. Rounding off the programme, our IPA Chief Inspector will be providing an update on all relevant regulatory matters relating to personal insolvency.
There will be plenty of opportunities to network throughout the day. Enjoy an energiser breakfast on arrival, a standing mezze two-course hot lunch and a drinks and canapés reception to close the conference.
