IPA membership renewals deadline approaching

Kevin Hellard, President

Hi everyone. I was honoured to host our recent Past Presidents Luncheon at Parliament Chamber, Middle Temple in central London. We had a great afternoon and I enjoyed catching up with familiar faces and meeting those who led the IPA some years ago.

We’ve also recently been in Manchester for the 12th Personal Insolvency Conference, and I thank those who contacted us and provided very positive feedback on the event.

I am also delighted to be writing this after an IPA success at the TRI Awards, with us winning the ‘Education and Training Provider of the Year’ category!

With recent initiatives such as the IPA Learning programme and Essential Briefings, as well as our established suite of training, professional development and exams in mind, I think our work has been fairly reflected in winning the award – congratulations and very well done to all those at the IPA who have contributed to this success.

We recently bowed out this year with our final IPA Learning event, on cryptoassets and how to deal with them, with Aidan Larkin of Asset Reality. We look forward to revealing more on next year’s IPA Learning programme, as well as other events and training. Read a preview on next year in this issue, as well as info on reduced early booking rates for 2022’s Annual Conference in April – here before we know it. I look forward to building on our success with next year’s events programme, as well as continuing to expand the benefits available to IPA members from our partners.

A quick note on renewals – all appointment taker licences should now be arranged for next year, and non-appointment taker licences and memberships for next year should be in place, or imminently in place. Please contact us urgently on membership@ipa.uk.com if you have any queries about your renewal.

Wishing you all the very best for the Christmas break and a happy, safe and prosperous new year.

Kevin
