The director’s report into the affairs of a company in CVL contained material which the practitioner considered to be potentially libellous and/or otherwise potentially injurious to the orderly winding up of the company’s affairs. Usual practice was to distribute the director’s report after the meeting, but where there any acceptable alternatives per SIP8? The practitioner had been unable to persuade the director to use an alternative wording.
