The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) has published its Data Sharing Code in order to help individuals, businesses and organisations to share data fairly, safely and transparently in their operations. The Code provides guidance on sharing data while protecting people’s privacy, additionally covering post-Brexit changes, and will be a useful resource in members’ work.
