Important information about INSSight rollout

Members will be aware from previous communication that the Insolvency Service will be introducing a new internal case management system called ‘INSSight’. The Insolvency Service has previously shared new templates for you to start using once the new system is live, which we have communicated to members. Please be aware that the Insolvency Service has taken the decision to postpone the implementation of INSSight to later than the previously advised timeline of early November 2024. The new rollout timeline will be confirmed. If you have any questions or comments, please send them to FCMC@insolvency.gov.uk.
