IPA AML Annual Report

IPA Insolvency Practitioner newsletter AML Digest, December 2024

The IPA is required under Reg46a MLR17 (as amended), as an AML Supervisor of IPs as regulated persons, to issue an annual report on our AML work for the financial year. The IPA published its report for 2023/24 on 1 November 2024 and it can be found here.
