In our penultimate IPA Learning webinar for 2023, as we approach the end of another busy year, we will consider the key technical aspects that impact those of us in the corporate insolvency arena.
Focusing on three areas, we will consider in detail the technical and regulatory issues that continue to arise in corporate cases, and how to address them; a round up of key case decisions in 2023 and their impact; and finally the ongoing issues with HMRC and how to address them.
The session will be hosted by Eileen Maclean, and we will be joined by guest speakers in each of the three key areas.
