How do I start my membership renewal?

Your renewal can be found on the right hand side of your account page.

Why can’t I proceed to the next page?

If you have not completed a ‘required’ box on the form, you will not be able to proceed. Slowly scroll down the form until you see a red box alert which lets you know the box that was not completed.

How do I check my renewal status?

On your account page there is a button on the right hand side where you can check the status of your renewal.
