IPA response to Insolvency Service 2021/22 Annual Report and Accounts

The IPA welcomes the Insolvency Service’s 2021/22 Annual Report and Accounts and the commentary on its activity during this period. As the most active regulator in the insolvency sector, we were pleased to see the further acknowledgements made by the Insolvency Service in its report in terms of the continuing improvements in insolvency regulation being made by the IPA, such as changes to monitoring and complaints handling processes.
