The IPA Board has approved a new policy to help members who find themselves with more than the usual set of challenges and difficulties that go with the work that we do in the profession.
We have published this important document to build on the Aide Memoire on dealing with vulnerable individuals that we introduced last year, recognising that it is not only the people with whom we come into contact professionally that can be affected by vulnerability issues, but also Insolvency Practitioners and their staff. It is important that our members know that we at the IPA are aware of this and are willing and able to respond to any concerns that you may have in this regard.
