With more companies open to pursual following the introduction of the Insolvency (Amendment) Rules (NI) 2023 and an increase in IVAs over the last couple of years, expert speakers from The Insolvency Service Northern Ireland will guide Roadshow delegates through the current NI insolvency landscape, new matters and legislation on the horizon. HM Revenue & Customs will deliver a session on current and future tax crime and tax evasion threats, and Companies House will detail new powers for the agency. Delegates will also gain key insights from Advice NI, Finvence, the Northern Ireland Retail Consortium, A&L Goodbody LLP, PJG Recovery and the IPA Regulation team.

The event is open to Members and non-Members of the IPA.
