Insolvency Practitioners working in professional practice face a constantly evolving landscape.

Compliance is essential to maintaining high standards and therefore co-operation and collaboration is key.

We are pleased to be offering our new, upgraded or transferred licence-holders an informal complimentary online workshop with our Regulation team. Invites will be sent to all those eligible to attend.

The team will provide attendees with an overview of any recent changes and highlight common regulatory issues. This will help to ensure that IPs and their staff are well prepared for acting as insolvency professionals, together with preparing for the first inspection visit.

There will be an opportunity to meet our Chief Inspector David Holland and Head of Operations Lyn Green, alongside Business Development and Member Engagement Manager Helen Clarke.

The session will cover:

  • What regulation means for you
  • The complaints process
  • The inspection regime, including risk profiling
  • Membership services, events, and professional development
