The last in our 2023 Roadshow series will have a particular focus on corporate, cross-border and property-related insolvency matters. Delegates will hear from the Bank of England about the economic prospects in the UK; gain an awareness of the importance of the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Framework and the impact it is going to have on the insolvency sector; and learn insights into both the current UK and the international cross-border fraud landscapes. We will also hear the latest updates from Government agencies including the Insolvency Service and HMRC, and our legal and regulatory sessions will ensure knowledge in these areas is fully up to date.
